For safe use of NIKKO products
– For hygiene reasons, wash the dishes before using.
– Please note that it may crack or chip due to strong impact or sudden temperature change.
– Products decorated with gold, platinum, etc. should not be used in a microwave oven. (Please absolutely avoid it. It may cause sparks, the decorative parts may come off, or the heated parts may be burned.
– Cannot be used with direct fire or IH cooking heater.
– Be careful not to drop the product on your feet whenstacking or transporting it.
– Please note that the bottom of the products may damage the table.
– Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended purpose (use as tableware, interior goods, toiletries).
– The parts that are not covered with glaze may demage the substrate if used for a long time in contact with highly acidic foods such as vinegar and pickled plums, and acidic detergents and chemicals.
– If knife, fork, spoon, etc. is used for a long period of time or frequently, metal components may adhere to the surface and darken. In particular, please refrain from using titanium products, as metal components can easily adhere to them and form metal marks. For cleaning and care of NIKKO products
– When using a household dish washer / dryer, carefully check the caution signs amd instruction manual before using.
– Do not boil the product or boil it at a high temperature (60°C or higher).
– Please remove the dirt after use as soon as possible. If you leave it as it is, it will be difficult to remove stains.
– When washing, apply a neutral detergent to a soft sponge or cloth.
– Avoid using cleansers, metal scrubbing brushes, sponges with abrasives, etc., as they may scratch the surface or peel off the paints parts.
– For stubborn tea stains, use a commerciallu available oxygen-based kitchen bleach or soft sponge and baking soda. (Do not use it on gold/platinum-decorated items as they may be discolored by the whitening agent.)
