By marinating their minced pork in lard gives multiple depth of flavour that intensify with each chew.
How to eat:
Step 1: Put a can into hot water and heat it up to enhance the aroma of minced pork.
Step 2: Add noodles in 350 cc of boiled water, stir and cook for 5 minutes. (the cooking time can be adjusted according to personal taste preference)
Step 3: Mix the noodles and the heated minced pork.( each can of minced pork can be served with two bowls of noodles).
Step 4: Add stewed eggs, shrimps, coriander, bean sprouts, garlic, black vinegar and other condiments according to your preference to create a bowl of noodles with rich nutrition and great taste. You can also add broth to make minced pork noodle soup.
